Directions: Slide Gel Sleeve onto foot like a sock. Can be worn in most footwear or without shoes. Remove from your skin at least 3-4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
Care: Hand wash and air dry. If gel becomes tacky, sprinkle with talcum powder.
